The Gaucho Project: Wind to Green Ammonia
Based in Santa Cruz, the Gaucho Project is one of Argentina’s most ambitious green energy ventures. With over 8,700 MW of wind power and more than 6,200 MW of electrolysers, it will produce up to 3.5 Mt/year of green ammonia by 2030 — supporting both international exports and Argentina’s growing domestic demand.
